Friday:
Arrival and dinner at 20.00

Saturday:
09.00-10.00  - Class 1: “The Dynamix class”, everybody trains together
10.00-11.30 – Class 2: BJJ, SJJ and MMA (your choice)

11.30-13.00 – Lunch

13.00-14.00 – Class 3: BJJ, SJJ and MMA (your choice)
14.15-15.15 – Class 4:  BJJ, SJJ and MMA (your choice)
15.30-16.30 – Class 5: BJJ, SJJ and MMA (your choice)
16.30-18.00 – Each club has its own meeting
19.00 – Dinner together

Sunday:
09.00-10.00  - Class 6: “The Dynamix class”, everybody trains together
10.15-11.15 – Class 7:  BJJ, SJJ and MMA (your choice)
11.15-12.15 – Class 8: BJJ, SJJ and MMA (your choice)

12.15-13.30 – Lunch

13.30-15.00 – Each club has its own meeting
15.00 – The end

Each class will focus on technique and the pedagogic aspect in each technique.

Sign up via the form below before the 26th of December. Instructors weekend is open for all academies and their instructors (with or without a valid license). The weekend will be a license renewal opportunity.
