Friday:
Arrival for many academy’s and small dinner (hot dogs) at 20.00 at Borlänge academy.
Saturday:
09.00-10.15
Class 1: Throws and takedowns for Sport JJ and BJJ (Ingemar and Ricard). Everybody trains together.
10.30-11.45
Class 2: Drills to use when training the top positions (mount, side and north & south) (Marcelo and Martin). Everybody trains together.
11.45-12.45
Lunch
13.00-15.00
Meeting:
- Planning of the Dynamix year 2011
- A lecture about how to work with a competition team.
- Planning of the Dynamix year 2011
- A lecture about how to work with a competition team.
- Each academy have their own meeting

Class 3 (on two different mats):
- BJJ & SW (Marcelo and Martin)
- Sport JJ and BJJ/MMA (Ingemar and Ricard)
