Scholarship Validity
The scholarship is valid for the calendar year in which it is awarded. All expenses must be incurred and submitted within the same calendar year.

About the Competition Scholarship
Dynamix Fighting Sports awards Competition Scholarships to support athletes representing our organization in competition.

The scholarship reimburses documented expenses related to competition, such as:
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation (hotel)
- Other approved competition-related costs

Scholarship Levels
- A-Scholarship: 5,000 SEK
- B-Scholarship: 1,500 SEK

Reimbursement is made against submitted receipts only.

Scholarship Rules & Requirements
To receive reimbursement, the following conditions must be met:

Receipts Submission

Receipts must be submitted within one (1) month from the date of competition.
- Only original, clearly readable receipts are accepted.
- Expenses must be directly related to competition participation.

Competition Representation
- The athlete must represent Dynamix Fighting Sports.
- The athlete must wear a Dynamix patch on their gi during competition. Preferably the large round patch. The small rectangular patch is also accepted.

Photo Requirement
- A photo must be submitted together with the receipt.
- The photo must show the athlete: On the mat, or Immediately before competition, Clearly wearing a Dynamix-patched gi.

Social Media Requirement
- When posting about the competition on Instagram, the athlete must use the hashtag:
- #dynamixfightingsports

Payment Terms
- Reimbursement will be made up to the maximum scholarship amount granted.
- Payments will only be made after all required documentation has been approved.
