Through the Dynamix team visits we want to encourage training and knowledge exchange between the clubs. The idea is that your academy hosts an open training camp / seminar with a guest instructor from another Dynamix academy.

DESCRIPTION OF TEAM VISIT

Training camp / seminar with guest instructor - 1 or 2 days
• The organizing academy invites a guest instructor from another Dynamix academy
• At least 2 training sessions a day must be offered.
• The camp should be open to other academy and advertised on Dynamix website.
• Social activity such as dinner at the end of the camp is recommended
• Recommended cost of participation: 300-500 SEK for two days camp. The organizing academy can offer free participation to it’s members and for those who have higher travel expenses.
• Dynamix's financial support is generally granted by 3,000 SEK for a one day camp and 6,000 SEK for two days. The money will be transferred to the academy in exchange for a receipt for hotell/travel expenses*
• Date shall be adapted not to coinside with other Dynamix events in the current sport.
• One academy can apply for a maximum of two team visits each year.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
The application and must be made at least three weeks prior to the event.

COMMITMENT AND COMMUNICATION
1. In the advertisements, invitations and Facebook event, it must be clearly stated that the camp is organized in collaboration with Dynamix Fighting Sports. Feel free to use Dynamix logo on Facebook event, etc.
2. Before the event a mail with the event information must be sent to our e-mail (found at the bottom of the page), we will promote the vent through our social media channels-
3. After the event a short post, preferably with photos/video must be posted on your academy's socialmedia pages (preferably instagram), also with a mentioning of Dynamix as a co-host of the event.
